Restriction of processing
Restriction of processing is the marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting its future processing.
Profiling
Profiling is any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person’s performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements.
Pseudonymisation
Pseudonymisation is the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Data controller or data processor
The controller or data controller is the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data. Where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law or the law of the Member States, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union law or the law of the Member States.
Processor
A processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Recipient
A recipient is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body to whom personal data are disclosed, whether a third party or not. However, public authorities which may receive personal data in the framework of a particular inquiry in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be regarded as recipients.
Third party
A third party is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body other than the data subject, the controller, the processor and the persons who, under the direct authority of the controller or processor, are authorised to process personal data.
Consent
Consent is any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

Processing of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use
We process personal data exclusively within the legal framework of the relevant legal norms and, where applicable, with your consent. Personal data is all information that relates to a natural person or can at least be related to them and thus allows conclusions to be drawn about the person. Processing is any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, distribution or any other form of provision, comparison or linking, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Visit the website
When you access our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called logfile. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

- date and time of the access,
- name and URL of the retrieved file,
- website from which the access occurs (referrer URL),

Disclosure of data
There will be no transmission of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. Analysis tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures employed, we aim to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically capture the usage of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offering for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision. – Call Tracking
We store your phone number for the purpose of call tracking. Calls are directly forwarded to the assigned destination number. When making a call, information about the time, date, duration of the call, and the destination number is collected. The caller’s phone number will be stored. In no case will the content of the conversation be stored. The stored data will be made available and transmitted to the called party. There will be no sharing of data with third parties. By using the service, you consent to the described processing of your data. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
– Google Analytics
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). In this context, pseudonymized usage profiles are created and cookies (see explanation above) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), hostname of the accessing computer (IP address), and time of the server request, is transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there.

– Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
In order to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the optimization of our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. A cookie (see section 4) is set on your computer by Google Adwords if you have reached our website through a Google advertisement. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to that page. Each Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of Adwords customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
However, you will not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. You can request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned duration of storage, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the source of your data, if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about the details thereof.

You can request the immediate correction of inaccurate or the completion of your personal data stored with us in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.

– Restriction
You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 GDPR, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims, or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR.
– Data portability
You can receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR, or request the transfer to another controller..
– Right of withdrawal
You can revoke your consent given once at any time towards us in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.- Right to lodge a complaint

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data according to Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without providing a specific situation. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or objection, simply send us an email.
Data protection in applications and the application process
After the expiration of the deadline, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided they are no longer necessary for contract fulfillment or contract initiation.

We refrain from automated decision-making or profiling.
Data security
We use the widely applied SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) for encryption during the website visit. You can recognize whether a specific page of our internet presence is being transmitted encrypted by the closed representation of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. Furthermore, we employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties.
